The location
In the heart of Carinthia, close to everything
Möderndorf is a quiet district of Hermagor-Pressegger See, nestled between the Carnic Alps and the Gailtaler Höhe. The Nassfeld ski area is just 15 minutes by car, the lake Pressegger See about 10 minutes. By bike you reach Hermagor's shops and restaurants in just a few minutes, on foot it's about 20 – and in Möderndorf itself two traditional inns are open during the summer.
